We, Cutfile School, retain the rights to all of our designs. Even though we are offering our designs free of charge to be used for personal and commercial uses, we ARE NOT providing a creative commons license nor are we releasing our rights to these designs.
We are granting you a use license under the following terms:
YOU CAN:
– Use these files to create physical items for personal use and commercial use (this includes products made in-house or out-of-house via a printing partner such as print-on-demand/direct-to-garment services).
– Sell your physical items, made using our designs, online or in person (in your own shop, on Etsy, on Amazon, etc).
– Use our files to create a digital mockup to display physical items in your shop thumbnails.
YOU CANNOT:
– Sell or give away these digital files in any way (if friends or family wish to use these files, direct them to download via our website).
– Create new digital files using elements from our files and give them away or sell them (social media elements, design elements for websites, etc).
– Create a mockup with the purpose of selling the mockup or distributing the mockup.
By downloading any of our files, you are agreeing to use them as stated above.
Attribution is not required, but it is appreciated as it helps us to continue offering these files and future files alike.
